Nescafé
With the team at MCD partners, I co-led a refresh to Nescafé’s website. The client wanted the new design to follow the brand identity of Nescafé Australia’s website. We applied the visual look and feel of the Australian designs using the components in the Nestlé Alpha library. Wherever possible, we improved on the UI/UX and page structure. We also brought strategy insights from the Gold Espresso marketing campaign into the website messaging and imagery. The target audience was focused on active millenials and Gen Zers, and the messaging aimed to reinvent how they think about instant coffee. Sustainability was also a huge theme that was emphasized throughout the site in both the imagery and the content.
My role in this project was to create a new brand library in Figma with the new font, color, and design element styles. I then applied the new brand look across all pages on the site. This included product listing pages, product detail pages, recipe listing and detail pages, sustainability article pages, subscribe registration, where to buy page, FAQs page, 404 error page and more. I designed each page to be functional on both large screen and mobile devices.
Brand Library
I created a brand library for Nescafé in Figma. This library consisted of all font styles, color styles, and stylized components such as buttons, cards, navigation and footer bar, and form elements.
